How long does shipping take?

We ship to the US and 27 other countries, including Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand and much of Europe. Orders ship within 1-3 business days. US delivery takes 5-10 business days after that, and international delivery takes 10-20 business days. Our shipping policy has the full country list.

What is your return policy?

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Veira Gel has a 90-day money-back guarantee that covers opened and used tubes. To start a return, contact our support team with your order number and we'll guide you through it.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. Use that link to follow your package. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
